and what time should i fit in those 6 small meals a day in order to quicken up my metabolism? 

i am an auditor, its not easy to take time off just to constantly eat.i usually crave for ice-creams during my PMS. i hope to curb it, i take yoga classes 3 days a week, currently residing in malaysia and hope to create a healthier menu to achieve my goal. i am obese, used to consume diet pills; though it works wonders but i've gained back the pounds i've lost. i am depressed after a breakup and aim to take control of my life again. i want to be healthy and beautiful. pls guide.</description>
