  1. First, I would Cleanse my body to get rid of at least 5 pounds of waste over the next 10 days by… Eating more fiber (see #9 for fiber food sources), Drinking at least 70 ounces of distilled water every day (see # 7) and by Taking body cleansing diet pills first thing in the morning & before bed.Please note: this will only work for you if you’re having infrequent bowel movements like once every 2 days - this is a sure sign your diet is unhealthy but… it’s a good way to tell if you’ll able to force out 5-10 pounds of waste from your body in 10 days without exercising.
  2. I’ll Take a fat burning diet pill 2-3 times a day once in the morning after working out, afternoon and maybe again before bed. Fat burning diet pills, especially the ones that contain green tea, raise my metabolism by helping me burn 43% more calories during the day.
  3. For next 10 days… I’ll do 20-45 minutes of Tae-bo or some sort of interval workout first thing in the morning and… For at least 3 of the next 10 days - I’ll try to do an activity that I love for 45-60 minutes in the evening like basketball, racquetball, tennis, playing 18 holes of golf without a golf cart or weight training.Working out in the morning burns the most fat and doing an intense morning Tae-bo or interval workout keeps my metabolism fired up and burning fat longer throughout the day plus… the evening “FUN” workout activity I do for at least 3 of the next 10 days keeps my metabolism higher at night so I can burn fat while I sleep.
  4. I’m going to Eat 4-5 (300-400 calorie) meals every 4-5 hours. That’s only 1200-2000 calories a day and I’d recommend women stick to 1200-1500 calories a day while men stick to 1200-2000 a day and make sure all of your calories come from the foods I’ve outline in # 9 but… don’t worry about being hungry or low on energy - the fat burners from #2 and the next step below will take care of that…
  5. I’ll Stay on a high fiber / high protein diet to prevent hunger and to keep my energy levels sustained much longer during the day. All 1200-2000 daily calories I eat will come from only high fiber (which are carbs) & high protein food sources I’ve outlined in # 9.The best thing about a high fiber / high protein diet is that it’s hard for your body to convert fiber & protein into fat plus… your body has to burn a lot of calories to process fiber & protein.
  6. I’ll avoid salt by taking less than 1500mg of salt for the next 10 days. I would just avoid many of the high salt food sources like JUNK FOOD, french fries, canned goods, & frozen foods and I’d read food labels to make sure I’m keeping my salt intake low.Too much salt slows down your metabolism and it makes it hard for you to lose any weight because salt makes your body retain water weight.
  7. I’m going to drink at least 70 ounces of distilled water a day to flush out any excess water weight I may have… Distilled water is PURE water with no salt or minerals added. If you were already eating a very high-carb/ low-fiber diet with too much salt and drinking not much water before this 10 day plan - you can expect to flush out a lot of unwanted water weight the next ten days.
  8. NO STRESS! - For the next 10 days I would avoid all bad stress by taking a 10 day vacation - Too much bad stress forces your hormones to send signals to your brain making you eat even when you’re not hungry causing you to put on belly fat so… If you work a very demanding job 6+ hours a day - I would not even try this 10 day plan unless you’re good at coping with stress.
  9. These are the only things I would eat the next 10 days:
    • Fiber sources: RAW not cooked fruits & vegetables, unsalted nuts, bran muffins, unsalted popcorn, beans, rice, and oatmeal.
    • Protein sources: Whey protein shakes, I’d recommend women use soy protein, baked fish, tuna, salmon, natural peanut butter, skim milk, and low-fat yogurt
    • Lots of water
  10. I would avoid all… alcohol, chocolate, NO fruit juices, No fried foods, gravies, olives, pickles, salt, soy sauce, tobacco, white flour and white sugar, and FAST FOODS and once you’ve lost 10 pounds… Celebrate by having some of these forbidden foods but… The way this plan is setup you may not have any more cravings for these forbidden foods after 10 days.

The more overweight you are before you do these 10 things over 10 days - the more weight you will lose and after you’ve lost at least 10 pounds in 10 days… You can maintain your weight by increasing your calorie intake back to normal while exercising daily (see # 3) and avoiding bad foods (see #10).
