Metabolism is also a big factor in weight loss. Instead of eating three large portioned meals a day, try eating five or six small-portioned meals. This helps in two ways. One, it keeps you from feeling hungry all the time. And two, it boosts your metabolism up so you will burn fat faster.

Don’t think that you have to go hungry in order to lose weight. This is a common myth that people tend to believe. If you just stick to eating healthy you will lose weight.
