Cardio activity, such as running or speed walking, is helpful in keeping a tone to your muscles, as well as using up those fat layers by burning those calories. Exercise classes will add some variety and pretty much accomplish the same thing. But don’t expect immediate results, as it is your body that determines what areas it will burn off that excess fat first, and the chest area may be toward the end of that targeted list.

But don’t neglect your weight training. As the fat dissipates from your body, you will want to tone up he muscles that are still present. The bench press and bench flye exercises work great!

And since we are talking about man boobs and the chest muscles, adding push ups to your routine can be a terrific help, as push ups really concentrate on toning those pectoral or chest muscles.

1. Reduce your calorie intake. Watch what you eat! It’s the calories that add to the body fat.
2. Add some cardio exercises to your schedule to help burn the excess chest fat that is already there.
